I was always wondering how in the other sites’ contests they could choose a random comment number.
The solution is this site: random.org where you can choose any number of random picks between 1 and 1 billion. Cool isn’t it?
In a while I’ll use it to give a gift to some lucky readers but for the moment I’m not telling more…

Design Spotter is a great blog about design and they just relaunched the blog with a new redesign.
I love this blog because it full of very interesting products, events, reports, etc.
Ehy guys.. You should check this amazing italian magazine Fefè Project.
It’s written in english and italian and every issue has a main theme.
The magazine is composed by the graphic that designers send from all over the world.
The next Call for Entry theme is “What you own will finally own you”.

I was inspired for this piece by a tutorial of Nik Ainley in Digital Art Magazine and You can find there the source image.
My piece is quite different because it’s about smoke and not water but take a look at the tutorial because the results is very cool.
I also managed to make my signature with the smoke.
From this month I will start to write a monthly post about resources that you can find on the Net.
